Returns

Didn’t love what you ordered? Our store is happy to accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date for a refund, exchange for an item of equal value, or store credit. In the case of returns, we charge a $50 restocking fee.

The reason for the restocking fee is we are charged by our banks for every purchase, and we are even charged for returns! This is not a punitive measure - it’s simply the cost of business, and as a small firm we cannot absorb all the time and costs associated with returns when someone just decides they don’t want a unit for some reason.

Items returned after the 30-day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in undamaged and clean condition. 

To make a return, please email support@musiotech.com with your order number. We’ll help you process your return.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.
